Lowe Engineers was responsible for all aspects of this a master planned, golf course community located in Cherokee County. The project was zoned for over 600 single family homes. Project included design, permitting, field staking and final platting of the single family units. The design portion included road grading, site plans, hydrology and flood studies, sanitary sewer and water systems. Additionally, Lowe Engineers designed four lift stations as well as a reclaimed water system that included negotiations with the Cherokee County Sewer and Water Authority as well as the Corps of Engineers.

BOJ, LLC

Lowe Engineers was heavily involved in this development, providing planning and design for this project for BOJ, LLC. The project consists of the design of an 1100-acre subdivision with infrastructure and regional lift station, Georgia Department of Transportation roadway entries, signalization intersection and a commercial tract. Lowe Engineers has been involved with the survey, construction staking, final platting and engineering design of all phases.
