JOB SUMMARY:
Lowe Engineers is seeking a talented marketing professional with strong design and production skills to support marketing and communications initiatives for its Atlanta office. Candidate must be quick, accurate, flexible, motivated and capable of completing assignments while obtaining input from multiple stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment with experience in the A/E/C industry. Individuals must be highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, working independently and responsibly to tackle workload with minimal direction while keeping department heads informed. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in the AEC industry
• Microsoft Office
• Writing/editorial capability
• Fundamental understanding of marketing principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team, on multiple projects simultaneously

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Layout and production of all Responses to Requests for Qualifications and Proposals, Presentations, etc.
• Assist with design and production collateral material (i.e. brochures, newsletters)
• Manage media relationships and prepare/distribute press releases
• Manage social media outlets
• Design and produce display materials for trade shows, industry association meetings/sponsorships
• Design advertisements for print media
• Website updates and maintenance
• Support internal communication initiatives
• Maintain marketing information systems
